AXIVON RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At AXIVON, every garment, leather product, and precision instrument is crafted with uncompromising quality. Because our catalog includes bespoke production, made-to-order garments, and customized manufacturing, our return terms are strictly enforced to maintain factory integrity and quality standards.

1. BESPOKE & CUSTOM ORDERS (STRICT FINAL SALE)
All custom-manufactured items, bespoke tailored garments, customized leather goods, private-label runs, and items altered to customer specifications are strictly NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE. Production begins only after the mandatory seventy percent (70%) upfront deposit is cleared. Once manufacturing starts, materials are cut, hardware is dedicated, and orders cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded.

2. STANDARD RETAIL ITEMS (7-DAY RETURN WINDOW)
For non-custom, off-the-shelf retail items:
- Return requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of confirmed delivery.
- Products must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all security tags, labels, and protective wrapping fully intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, scent, alteration, or damage will be rejected immediately at the customer's expense.
- Approved returns are subject to a mandatory 20% restocking and handling fee.

3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS & LIABILITY
Customers are 100% responsible for all return freight charges, customs handling, export/import clearance fees, and insurance. AXIVON does not provide prepaid return labels. Return shipments must use a trackable express service (DHL, FedEx, or UPS). AXIVON assumes zero liability for items lost, damaged, or held in transit by customs authorities during return shipment.

4. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
In the rare event of a confirmed manufacturing defect or shipment error caused directly by AXIVON:
- You must notify our support team within seven (7) days of delivery at axivon.mfg@gmail.com with your Order Number, high-resolution photographs, and a detailed description of the defect.
- Wear and tear, minor natural leather blemishes, misuse, improper laundering, and variations resulting from natural materials do not constitute manufacturing defects.
- Upon inspection and verification by our quality control team, AXIVON will, at its sole discretion, issue a replacement, store credit, or refund to the original payment method.

5. NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES
Initial shipping charges, expedited courier fees, fuel surcharges, import duties, customs taxes, and gateway processing fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
