AXIVON MANUFACTURING TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to AXIVON (axivonmanufacturing.com). By browsing our storefront, purchasing products, or commissioning manufacturing projects, you agree to the following legally binding Terms of Service.

1. BUSINESS OPERATIONS & JURISDICTION
AXIVON is an e-commerce brand and manufacturing entity operating out of Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan. All commercial agreements, transactions, and legal disputes arising under these terms are governed exclusively by the laws of Pakistan.

2. CUSTOM PRODUCTION, MOQ & ADVANCE PAYMENT RULES
- Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ): Standard custom manufacturing runs adhere to an MOQ of 50 pieces per style unless an alternative volume is approved in an official written quote.
- Payment Structure: A mandatory upfront deposit of seventy percent (70%) of the total order valuation is required before fabric procurement, leather allocation, pattern engineering, or manufacturing begins.
- Balance Settlement: The remaining thirty percent (30%) balance plus confirmed logistics charges must be paid and cleared in full prior to cargo dispatch. AXIVON will not release shipments on open accounts without prior formal credit approval.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DESIGN INDEMNIFICATION
Customers submitting custom designs, logos, tech packs, embroideries, trademarks, or artwork represent and warrant that they are the legal owners or authorized licensees of such intellectual property. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AXIVON, its officers, and manufacturing staff from any copyright, trademark, or patent infringement claims resulting from items produced according to your specifications.

4. SPECIFICATION TOLERANCES & NATURAL MATERIALS
- Sizing: Cut-and-sew apparel and handcrafted leather goods are subject to an industry-standard dimensional tolerance of +/- 1 to 2 cm against approved measurement charts.
- Natural Hides: Genuine leather is an organic product. Subtle variations in grain, texture, natural markings, and dye shade are authentic characteristics of genuine hides and are not defects.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall AXIVON, its founders, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of retail profits, scheduled product launches, or commercial business interruptions) resulting from production delays, logistics bottlenecks, or customs detentions. AXIVON’s total aggregate financial liability on any claim shall never exceed the net purchase amount paid by the customer for the specific line items in dispute.
